While we love our dazzle, we cannot warranty a used purse. Please inspect items upon receipt.

Returned item must be unused and new with tags/wrapping intact.

No returns accepted without this RMA.

Purchase must be returned within 14 days of contact for a refund.

If returned 15-30 days after purchase, a store credit coupon will be issued for future purchases.
 

We will not accept CODs packages.

At this time we will refund the purchase price of the item only.

Refunds are done biweekly.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item via your shipping method of choice.
 

There will be a restocking fee of 10-15% on items upon return.

If exchanging there is no restocking fee but there is an additional shipping fee for the next item.
